Constant daily calls.  No response upon answering OR a person with broken English who cannot be understood and when questioned, hangs up.

They call all the time. Telmarketer, hangs up. I call back, says"all reps are assisting other callers"....

so far twice today for me and no answer and the second one a long delay and when some one does pick you cant understand a word this one and another one from Florida I cant remember the number however

Won't identify themselves when I call back. Lines always busy. Out of Springfield, Missouri. Happened immediately after applying for a Walmart gift card.
