Who called from 4177636621

They call my parents house several times a day.  My dad is not in great health and it is frustrating.  Never say a word, sometimes you can hear background noise, but never anybody talking.  PLEASE is there anything we can do to make them stop!  SO stinking annoying!

I have mobility issues so this is not only annoying but painful as well.This needs to stop.

We receive several calls per week from this number.  We don't answer.  They don't leave a message.

THEY NEVER ANSWER . COULD THEY BE SKIP TRACERS TRYING TOO CHECK ON SOMEONE ? I WANT THE CALLS TOO STOP !

They call at odd hours and never leave a message. A few times I have answered and no one says a word.
