Called multiple times in the last few days. No messages left

Called, rang a few times, did not  leave message. Caller name shows "MISSOURI CALLER", which is BS. They need to Show Me their real name. When calling back using *67 prefix, voice message states Network Operations Center, but they have decided they are not taking calls from my number at this time and to add their number to my do not call list. LOL So the computer "decided" that they would not take calls from those with their number blocked. Sounds like a Mexican standoff.

Persistent caller. No message. Now blocked.
