Who called from 4178002294

I got a call from this number on my cell this morning about 10 til 10.  I do not answer calls before 10 and no message was left.

Answered an no one spoke.   Spam caller!

Received a call from this number 4 minutes ago.  It was a "data compiler" associated with Google.  I get this same call from several different numbers.

Caller ID says "Search Engine."  NO doubt it's spam, but I didn't answer, so I don't know who.

Caller ID says "Search Engine.  Call began with a recorded message claiming it was a call from a "data compiler" for Google asking me to press 1 to verify my information for Google.  After pressing 1 and a short wait, a live person came on the phone:

Spammer:  "Are you the owner of the business?"

Me:  "I am."

Spammer:  "What's your first name?"

Me:  "Why is that relevant?"

Spammer:  "So people can find you on Google".  

Me:  Are you a legal agent of Google?  

Spammer:  "We are Google certified" (big deal, so am I).  

Me:  "That's not what I asked.  I asked if you representing Google?"

Spammer:  obviously irritated... and snotty... "Have a nice day"   CLICK.
