Caller ID said "INS" in all Caps. This was to peak your interest to answer the phone thinking it is the Immigration and Naturalization Service however, "Ins" is the abbreviation for Insurance, in lower case letters. After further research, I found out that this "Dental Insurance" program/company is a scam. Block the number and spread the word to anyone you know to add this number to their block list before they receive a call from these scammers. If you have Sprint, you can block up to 50 numbers to calls and text by contacting *2
If you listen to the message, it offers you to hit 9 at the end and be removed from their list. I did that. Now I will see if get any additoanl calls from them.
