Who called from 4178002309

I just received another one of those calls where they don't speak when you say hello!!  417-800-2309!!
We are on a do not call list...this is unbelieveable!!!

I am so tired of this 417-800-2309 from Card Holder Services.  What eve happened to the DO NOT CALL LIST?  These people call here ALL the time.

Dear Sir,
we have received a complaint about this number and its activity today, so we had checked our switches and database. We do not have such number registered with our services. Also when our customers register with our services, we urged them to compile with the FCC rules and further not to use our services for telemarketing    unless they are calling under a legal frame. There are also other numbers that raised our concern, however they are not registered with us as well. These numbers are:
4178002325
4178002357
4178387002
4178002309
Also if you had more concerns please send your complain to this email: [email protected] and we will look into the problem right away.

Best Regards,
Qall Cord Telecom
