Who called from 4178002515

I have had a call fro this number both today & yesterday. The message is very choppy like its very windy on the other end... all I could make out yesterday was if you want to be removed from this list press 2 which I did, then today another call & message very choppy again - I think I heard something like (your a winner of money) ?? again not sure

Call today from this number.  Prerecorded message that was very garbled but presumably trying to sell me something or scam me.

417-800-2515 Left no message on answering machine; caller ID said "Prescott Clear" Maybe truncated from "Prescott Clearwater?
