I answered and it was "Heather from credit card services" telling me that nothing was wrong with my account but that they could lower the interest rate. They never said which credit card they were calling about. I pressed 2 to be removed from their list. This is the first time I've received it.
Called my cell phone-- second time in 2 days. They didn't say anything the first time. This time they gave me the "Heather" recorded message they gave the other callers. I pressed 1 and asked to be removed from their list. They didn't say anything, but hung up immediately.
