Who called from 4178254136

I keep getting calls from this number. Not knowing who is calling I do not answer the telephone, I just let it ring and the caller id just shows the number from Missouri. Anyone else get calls from this number?

I have been getting it all day for the last few days.

Same here.  I tried to call it back blocking my number and a recording says that this person is not accepting calls at this time.  WTH

Same thing here. I answered finally and dead silence followed by tone that sounds when you haven't hung up the phone after a call. Called back, said voicemail was not set up. They've called me 7 times in 24 hours!
