Computer that calls my cellular phone all the time.  My cellular phone is a work phone that ONLY my office uses to phone me, and this annoying number!

This telemarketer most likely uses an autodailer (or predictive dialer) to make these calls, which is illegal. You can report each violation to the FCC here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
