I've also gotten a call from this number, from what I can tell. The call is coming from Missouri, Southwestern I believe. Some man named 'Scott Raider' called and left a voice mail on my cellphone, talking about some private investigation, which confused me seeing as I have nothing to do with the state of Missouri, I neither live there, or have any family or friends there. Let alone any business-like things there. I actually called the number back, because it was the second time it called, last time was about two or three months ago. When I called I got a recording and it mentioned their email, which their email address ends with 'Hammerdebt.com'. The guy is a phony, not a PI, the AG's office is investigating him now. He is with a collection agency making false representations. Report him if he hassles you.
