I use to work there, they want the model number because they dont have it, they have printer toner and ink to sell you at a stupid high price, there is no mix up they did not receive the order in error they are plenty stocked with the [***] and are a scam...u do get the product but its expensive. They also use fake names so you can turn them in for that, its a federal offense to use a fake name on the phone no matter where you are, thats one reason they arent part of the better business bureau.
i also use to work for thisplace they call you and say there company name is Laserworks and they also have every one in the office use a fake name when they call you.The management even uses fake names. That name tey give yo and say he owns the company no such person. oone in that place uses there real name they will not let you. they are nothing but a big rip off both to employees and people they call. they do have your model no. they have a list of printers there they think you might be using so sometimes they can narrow it down . but dont be fooled by these people they will rip you off. They never have a model no. when they call they are trying to get it then befor you know it you wll be getting a bunch of very expensive printer cartridges that you didnt order.They are located in Springfield mo. on 1339 E Bradford Parkway. The real name of there company is Micro-Tec Inc. I hope that someone turns them in to the proper authorities like the state attorney general or US attorney general. they deserve to be shut down I have never seen a more dishonest company in my life.sometimes when they call you they will evn cange there name if people start catching on they have done that probably 6 or 7 times if not more. So if you own a company please beware of these people. Most of the people that work for them are hardup for a job right now to pay there bills or other wise would not be there. Some of those people are good honest people trying to keep there head above water to pay there bills it is sad.thanks
They have called here last week. He wanted to talk about my printer. He said he worked for Diatech. The caller id said 0000000000. It seemed weird so I hung up on him.
He called again today, this time the call was transfered from another phone and for some reason, the caller id came up as this no. I told him not to call again and hung up.
