Company which puts together advertising in your local market area.  Presents "your" ad as complete and ready to go into whatever publication they are contracted to sell or get advertisers for.  I don't like this type of call because you are never given the chance to graciously opt out.  You must outright tell them you don't want to place an ad with them and then hang-up.
