9:30 am Central, phone rang and answered on first ring. Dead air and no one responded when answered. Redialed number and received a message that must dial a "1". Caller id showed 417 area code. Should not have to dial a "1" as I am in 417 area.

First time called from this number. Caller ID says "Out of Area". Call went to voicemail, but no message was left.
