Guy I could hardly understand called my cell phone and said something about my utility bill. Got a similar call from a different number a few days ago. Don't know what this scam is, but not falling for it!
Guy I could hardly understand called my cell phone and said something about my utility bill. Got a similar call from a different number a few days ago. Don't know what this scam is, but not falling for it!
Picked up phone and got some "robotic voice" that said something I was not even able to understand. Waited, said "Hello" again and the call was disconnected.
