Put a add in craigslist selling a car and you might get a msg. from this guy telling you to call him at
the one line will be

call me hank 419_283_3780

it is a cell phone in toledo oh

I have also seen adds for great looking cars for sale cheep with the same one line msg.

When I called the number when he replied to my add I was asked things that was in my add

then no response from his end

It looks like he is collecting phone numbers for something.
