My family keeps receiving test messages from this number and other numbers claiming we have one a Target gift card ($1,000 to $500). When the number is dialed we get a message that the voice box is not set up yet or is full on some of the numbers. This is a scam, as I have approached my local Target store regarding the gift card and they have informed me they do not have any kind of promotional program were they are giving away gift cards in any denomination.
