After several hangups on a dialer type call, someone claimed they were from a "Registration Service" and demanded to  know how many miles on my vehical.  They would not adentify themselves and spoke with a foreign accent.  Number lookup says it is in Crestline Ohio.  A return call goes to a recording that does not identy the company but references pacific time.
