Called wanting to talk to the person who handles the Toledo Edison account. Remembered hubby didn't give Toledo Edison the home number, so I suspect it's some sort of electrical telemarketer. You know the type where you sign up with them and they'll save you money vs Toledo Edison, blah blah blah. Wish they'd stop calling. Get it 3 times a day.

Had two missed calls on my cell phone from an IGS Energy? Never Heard of them and had no accounts with them. They left no messages when calling. Called back and dealt with a customer service agent who insisted on my phone number, and after several times of me asking what the calls were regarding, the agent got frustrated and said he would "make a note on file". I agree with Jennifer, probably energy telemarketing. If they really wanted the business I would think they would be more transparent, as most would be skeptical of this behavior.
Despite "making a note on my file", these people continue to call repeatedly. Once I actually answered and explained I was not interested in their services. They agreed to not call anymore but continually are calling me. If this is a legitimate business, this is no way to handle themselves professionally.
