yes it is Mullins and Assoc. in nixa Missouri. They are a collection company who is known for VIOLATING collection laws. So if you have any problems with them not following the law in your state contact your Attny Generals Office and file a complaint. Maybe enough complaints get filed the Feds will shut them down. They call me under "OHIO" and also Mullen & Associates. They do not leave messages. They just hang up. I have called them and told them to discontinue calling. They continue to call. The information I see here leads me to believe this is a collection agency. They are in the yellow pages under "Insurance". I do not have anything in collection and I already have insurance. I have turned them in to the FTC and the "Do Not Call" complaint register.
