RECEIVE PHONE CALL FROM THIS PERSON; WOULDNT SAY ANYTHING.

This RUDE guy calls and asked for my husband. When I replied "He's unavailable can I ask who"s calling?" The guy says "No" and hung up. I tried to call back to give my opinion to whoever answered and it said it was disconnected or not in service. How's That possible. So I googled it and found this page. I'm calling the BBB next!
