Just got this call, yet again - and yes, this number is associated with others. This time, someone named Shelly Preston called (I think she must like the actress, since she used her name). She said she was from the "Legal Division", and my name and social security number may be linked to a fraud investigation. She said, "I strongly advise you to call today, this is a urgent, legal matter." I have already blocked this number, and it continues to come through my phone. I can't take these calls anymore, it's disrupting my job! I have already have my identity stolen, and have enough stress! I am going to have to change my phone number.
This is the third call from same group. Yesterday it was from 614-245-5938, day before was from 513-443-5366. Shows on my phone as LEGALPROCESSING. Message left tells me if I don't call by today I'm waiving my rights and will be prosecuted and that I need to get a lawyer. Don't say what it's in regards to or the original debtors name. I get calls or emails like this at least once a month.
