Who called from 4196887006

Keeps calling my cell phone. When I answer there is nothing. When I call them back I get a recording that just says 'bye' then it hangs up. Calls me all the time.

They keep calling to sell a warranty. I keep asking them not to call my number.   I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.

I agree..When are the Feds going to step up to the plate and stop these jerks?

I get several calls a day from this number.  It is a scam for a warranty company.  I have filed 2 complaints over the past couple of weeks to the FCC.
