they called I answered they hung up lots of noise of pple in background unknown who they were!!!

Received call lest than 24 hours ago from this #, now # says "disconnected" when called.

number keeps calling. when answered they hung up, when called back said number disconnected.

The same just happened to my mom...she called me from Toledo a few minutes ago. The name that came up on her caller ID was Woodbury, Cecil.  When we tried to call the # back, a few times, it said the # was disconnected!  A gentleman asked her if she would like to give money to support giving teddy bears to abused kids..and that she surely has seen this on the news! She said No, that she couldn't afford it. Then they guy asked her if she could afford $7. She said not at this time. He said thank you & hung up!  SCAM! We were thinking of contacting a local TV station to let them know.

These idiots called for my husband who died 8 years ago. I'm very curious how they got his name. But scam artists can find anythung I guess.
