recd call from 419-54-6780, a Toledo number. Name on caller ID said Mark Koser. But the recorded message said (female voice) "Hello!
You have chosen by the banking institute to join to eliminate your debt......" I hit *2 and hung. Then I remembered the same type of call on Jan 3,2017 from a caller ID Gary Hahn, which I reported on this site, who is a known building contractor in Toledo. I *2 that also and then looked up the number. I anonymously called *67, and no one answered. SO I believe these are SCAMMERS possibly using ligitimate peoples names and numbers.
