It's a collection's agency. Whoever owned this cell phone number before me (I've had it for a year and a half now) skipped out on their Rent-A-Center bills and the money they owed went into collections. Getting really, really tired of this person's debt at this point. Every time, I say she doesn't own this phone, the debt passes to another agency and I get to start all over.
