Its a Scam!! on call back it says all there representatives are bizzy and cant come to the phone and will back with you with in 24 hrs. And if u want to be removed from their calling list press one.Same old crap of all Scammers.

I picked up the phone and who the guy was talking but it wasn't English and then he said hello and spoke broken english and i hung up. Sounded like he was in India.

Sounds like the Microsoft or IRS scam.

Said hello and he gave his name and said he was taking donations for the Ohio police chief association and I told him I wasn't interested and hung up.

Scam charity call, 3rd different id number for same charity.
