got the call, ignored, no vmail

Got a call from this number at 10:40 a.m. Eastern time on 3/4.   No one has my  number and it is a cell phone.  My husband has the next number after mine and he did not get a call.  Aggravation!

I get multiple calls from this number, but I never answer. They don't leave any voice mails
and when I try to call them back to tell them to stop calling I get a busy tone.

Just got a call. tried to call back and it was a fast busy...

They call with a different scam every month or two.
Everytime I get the call, I report these people!!!
