Who called from 4232003283

A real person tried to persuade me to accept a conversation from home security business.  Asked him how he got me number.  He said from an online partner.  Asked him which number he called.  He thanked for my time and hung up.

unknown caller and they refuse to leave messages.   They constantly call to no avail.

Same! They keep calling, wont leave messages, and you can't call back!

This exact same thing happened to me! And you can't call back
