Just called me and left a message that said I was "Just a [***] snitch."  What the heck?

I have received numerous calls from them.  Usually they hang up.  The other day it was someone from the "Disabled Police Officers" (I think) looking for donations.  They called back later and it was someone else and they said it was a call center for various agencies.  They drive me nuts.  How do you get off this calling lists?  We are on the do not call list.
