Have had 14 calls from this number since November 1st of 2016. Caller ID simply says "Out of area" and no message is ever left. That pretty well convinces me that this is some sort of scammer. Have the number blocked but still let it ring once and log the number so that I can keep track of all of these idiots. I find it hard to believe that the phone companies cannot stop these people. Yeah, I know, it is money if their coffers, but is sure a pain in the xxx for the millions of us that constantly have to put up with them.
