My boyfriend called them back on my phone. He's from Chattanooga so we thought it was for him. But they answered saying "hello Janet. How can we help you?" Janet is my legal first name, but I don't generally go by it. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
This is Pinnacle Collection Agency. They use a series of numbers including different area codes in an attempt to contact consumers. Simply don't answer numbers you don't recognize.

Keep getting calls from different numbers (Pinnacle Financial, I suspect). Don't usually leave a message although they did once. I have no debts and this is harrassment.
