It's the IRS scammers at it again... The IRS would never call you or file lawsuit without first contacting by mail several times first, probably registered mail you have to sign for if you did not respond to their first letters.  Many many warnings out about these criminals attempting to scam money out off you. ... Google 'IRS scam'...
