They call all the time and they aren't nice nor do they have all the correct information. They are just fishing for information on my step daughter and claiming we owe a bill for her and she's 20 years old and has had 2 health insurances for years. If they were nicer they might get a little further with people. This place should be shut down and reported. No one gets anywhere by being rude!!!!!!!!
