Who called from 4232308484

this number keeps calling me..when i answer no-one speaks...when i call back it sounds like someone is dialing the phone...never answers...this is becoming aggravating.  It needs to stop!

My wife and I have gotten several calls from this number today as well. When my wife called it back, it rings busy. We agree, it needs to stop!

This number is repeatedly calling my phone and no message is left.

I am getting calls from 423-230-8484 and nobody talks. When I call back it's just busy

i got a call today and  no one will say anything they just immediatley hang up
