Who called from 4232545571

I receive calls 1-2 times daily, and I let it go to voice mail. They leave no message. When I call it back, a message says I have won something and to stay on the line. VERY ANNOYING!

I have been receiving 1 call a day from this number, and when I try to answer no one responds, and they never leave a message. So very annoying!

They called on my 13 years old son cell phone.   It's Possible a SCAM. They needed to start putting their nose in own business or I will report it.

It's a SCAM. They said I won something. Bull Trap!!!!!! What is going on. I am going call NSA. And It may be a terrorist.
