it said i won a 1000 gift card that was the bad news they said .

They left a message, saying they have good news and bad news. The good news is that I won a $1000 online shopping spree. The bad news is that she didn't reach me. I had to call back by 4:30 in order to claim my "prize." Smells like a scam.

they tell me it was a $29 charge then a $119 charge [***] [***]

it is a scam and they just want account info so they can take your money or what ever else that they can get there hands on.
