Who called from 4232813018

When I pick up the phone, I just hear a beep like an answering machine makes to tell you to start recording.

I keep getting calls and am not well and recently had death in family and this and approx four other numbers keep calling all hrs of day and night. Does qnyone know how i can get this stopped?

This number has called several times and never leaves a message.  I don't answer calls I don't recognize.  Thanks everyone who post!
