They just called me at work. Said they were with Tim Large law office and was calling to obtain my lawyers informations. When I asked what this was regarding he could not tell me. Asked if I recieved lawsuit paperwork in mail advised no. I again asked what was it about he could not tell said he needed to transfer me to the officer with all information..I asked for his name and call back number he said I would have to call him(Frank) back and he could transfer me. I hung up and googled Tim Large law office and nothing comes up. I then googled this number and seen these comments..Good thing :). This has to do with pay day loans..few weeks ago I was online seeking information for one...BIG MISTAKE! Now people wont stop calling me and now this. Please be careful people. This is a HUGE scam and I hope they get caught...
Someone just called me at work and left a message, saying if I dont call back they are wishing me luck on this matter. I am going to call back and tell them if they contact me again I will be calling the FTC and reporting them. I am pretty sure it has something to do with a payday loan and since its the holidays they are trying to get money.
CALLED ME AND TOLD ME I HAD A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME FOR A PAYDAY LOAN I SUPPOSEDLY TOOK OUT IN OCTOBER 2013 WHICH DEFINITELY WAS NOT ME BECAUSE I HAD JUST HAD MY SON. WHEN I TOLD THEM IT WAS BULLCRAPT THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE STARTING YELLING AT ME AND THEN TOLD ME THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED TOMORROW AND I TOLD HIM WELL COME AND GET ME THEN. THERE OFFICE NAME IS IN LARGE LAW OFFICE SUPPOSEDLY AND WHEN I CALLED BACK TO ASK NAMES OF THE ATTORNEYS THERE THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME TOLD ME TO GO TO WALMART WHICH IS ODD IN ITSELF
