scammer - Received 3 identical calls in the last 8 hours. Stated it was my final notice that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and that I needed to call 423-314-6222 immediately. Did not identify me by name. There are multiple taxpayers at this address and the IRS never initiates contact by phone.

Same IRS scam. Did a call back and talked with the guy - obvious imposter - he told he that after he verified my address he would contact the IRS' local squad to take me into custody! Then he said he didn't want to talk to me anymore. About 5 hours later got the same robocall about the IRS being after me from the same #.
Update - did a reverse lookup and spent $1.95 for a report. Not surprisingly, the # is a T-Mobile prepaid cell phone with no further information available.
IRS called on a cell phone, said my final notice of a lawsuit. I had an IRS call two weeks ago that left 4 msgs on my caller id from a Washington, DC number.
