No ID, unknown number, no message.  I don't answer the phone if I don't know who's calling, so they're not wasting my time.  Likely a spoofed number, likely a SCAMMER.  Thanks to all who comment here - good info.  Will block this one also.

Answered call from this number. Guy with accent said he was with senior benefits. I told him that I am not a senior and he was not to call me as I was on the do not call list. He then said F**K you which I replied back with the same greeting and hung up.

423-335-5488 just called also...i answered after two rings with several hellos but no one responded. This number is now blocked.

Just called. I answered. Guy said he was a pedophile, and asked me if any little boys lived at my house. I blocked the number.
