Who called from 4233424324

A credit card company called and re-directed me to a rude human. I asked what bank is this and they hung up.
Very fraudulent

Left no message. Yet another bogus call, it seems. Probably more political nonsense, I assume.

Got a call from "Consumer Services" claiming that they were calling about my Credit Card.  They claimed I was eligible for a lower interest rate but my eligibility expired today.  (I have a 0% interest rate on the only credit card I own!)  FRAUD  ALERT!  Hang up and block this number

Unknown number did not answer, left no msg. Reports on another site say it is a credit card scam.
