Robo call left on ans. machine. Asked to call "AFS" in area code 304 to speak with Account Legal Services. Sounds like debt collector. Ignored, as call was not directed to me personally.

The police tell me this company is a fraud the police department said I can file charges against them and I am!

Scam. Fake debt collector that wants payouts on fake payday loans.

Odd call asking me if i know him. Then playing some odd noise then he hung up on me.

The scam is getting old. They are pretending to be looking for Justin Lott. Account Legal Services (ALS) is the name that is occasionally used. Most of the time, no name is given. Vague threats, nonsensical threats about consequences. The attempts at legalese are hilarious.
