I received a call from them too today at my office and my cell phone stating that they have a lawsuit filed against me with an order for my arrest. They state that I owe them money and that they will file suit and that I should obtain an attorney. I have contacted local news media to obtain assistance. I think my identity may have been compromised.
Wow this [***] scared the hell out of me ...called my job and my cell phone and was telling me the samething you guys are saying. Also called me around 5pm like the called some people on here.. we all need to find out how to deal with these asshoes...

against me....they state that if I don't call them back....legal troubles will fall upon me and good luck with that.....it was a female that called and didn't speak English well......
Received a call on both my cell and work number telling me they are looking for me and Ineed either me or my retained attorney to call back immediately. Did not speak English well at all. In the end he says if I do not call back all they can do is wish me good luck.
These people keep telling me they are filing a lawsuit against me for a loan i supposedly took out in october. But never repaid. They hung up on me when i started asking questions. So i called back. To be told that he would not speak to meand thathe had fwent forward with the lawsuit . They hunv up on meagain. Thencalled back and. Told my husband that i would bepicked up at 11am tomorrow . And hung up again. So. I called thepolice.
