unwanted call spammer!

unwanted calls from this number 423-376-7041

This number is no longer in service was the message I got. They left no message and I called them back within 5 minutes.  This should be the stuff NSA should be monitoring, where is Snowden when I need him?

Did not leave message. Called my cell phone.

I have gotten several call from this number, since I do not know or recognize that number I do not answer it, and they are not leaving a message.  I read on this website that it is a scam call.
