Received a call asking specifically for my father-in-law who is now deceased. I informed the agent of my father-in-law's status. He said, ok, and hung up. Thinking he may have actual business dealings with this company I called the number back. A different rep simply answered, hello. I asked for a company name and he replied with Auto Protection Services. I once again explained my father-in-law's status to this rep. I asked if he legit business with their company or was this a telemarketing company. He didn't want to reply at first and began pitching a telemarketing line about auto protection services extended warranty. I asked again if this company was telemarketing in nature and he replied, yes. The rep was then informed to remove my father-in-law's information from their system. He then began to ask me for my make and model car for pitching a line once again. The nerve of some low life people really gets to me! I understand telemarketing may be your job, but in this situation you were just being a jackazz!!
