Keeps calling my cell. leaves no message. However when I answer he says his name is joe a trip advisor, then says the call is being recorded, next there is a break and he asks if I can hear him now. Never answer. I have repeatedly asked JOE not to ever call. I block the number, however I get calls every day he just uses a different number.
