Scam artist on extended warranty

It's no longer safe to  answer an unknown caller.  No message left.  Number blocked!

Got a call from this number, no voice mail left. When i tried to call it back it didnt even ring or go through.

called cell, call blocker blocked it.

Didnt answer. Left a voicemail saying warranty has expired. It is the second call this week and third overall. Had the same message from a number in Florida
