i recieved a call from some woman who stated she was calling because i apparently opened up or got a payday which i have not done because i learned my lesson among other things from not doing that and she stated that i got it in 2012 but i filed for ch 13 in 2010 and i just now got out of it this year, then i went on to tell her i was in ch 13 and advised her that it would have to be discusses with that lawyer and she stated that i was declining working something out to pay it back because i told her that, when i tried to talk she wouldnt let me and finally she said that i was in contempt of fraud and a whole bunch of crap about being served papers and stuff and i owed over 1,000 which is obsurd, when i tried to talk she would say i guess you are declining and we will serve the papers and the conversation ended in her hanging up on me, called the number back and i am pretty sure i got the same person that i spoke with before but she acted as if i had not talked to her and then she pretty much stated the same thing, they wanted me to verify the last 4 of my SSN and address which i told her i didnt feel comfortable verifiying the information, she said if i couldnt and that if i didnt set up something to pay it back that there was no need for the conversation and got hung up on again, hopefully i am not the only one if someone had this happen please put it on here so if i can find out for sure this is a scam
