You think many of them are hard to understand, the words don't call me anymore are a different dialect to them. Stop them by ignoring their calls entirely. Don't waste your breath telling them not to call, it falls on deaf ears.
He called and ask,"how is the rain in Tennessee and I said its not raining yet an he said you all need to stop stealing our rain in Florida, I said yea ok, then he said yea we need that rain you know " so strange I just hung up. The caller id said from Chattanooga Tennessee but he said he was calling from Florida. He tried to keep me on the phone for some odd reason.
